Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Course in Valentine, Nebraska is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
With courses rotating between member and public play on a daily basis, interns can expect to see both aspects and the relation to golf course maintenance. Interns will be involved in all aspects of maintenance on both courses. The agronomy team will work with the intern to help them achieve any and all of their set learning goals. In addition to daily maintenance, previous interns have been able to gain experience with spraying, hand watering, construction projects, and crew leadership. At the end of the summer, interns will get the opportunity to be a course superintendent for a week with control over scheduling, job assignments, and decision making.

Requirements:
This opportunity is available to any student enrolled in a 2 or 4 year turf program.
Multiple positions are available, and extended internships are possible.

Compensation:
$16 – $18 per hour.
