Outside Golf Operations Attendant
Country Club in Westfield, New Jersey is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Attendant.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Outside Operations Manager, the Outside Operations and Players Services staff are responsible for assisting in the professional and efficient management of the Outside Service operations. The candidate should ensure the highest quality of service which meets the expectations of club members and performs all work in accordance with essential functions and responsibilities as described below.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing the highest level of service to club members and guests. Is knowledgeable of members and anticipates their needs. Ensures outside service golf experiences meet their expectations.
• Assists Outside Operations Manager in managing the tee sheet and starting duties, providing a smooth transition to the first and tenth tees. Professionally manages and accommodates members and guests with walk-ins and tee time issues/problems.
• Assists with organizing golf bags in the staging area for regular play and lessons for the day. Work with professional staff keeping informed of daily lesson activity, cancellations, and requests.
• Assists with managing and maintaining range ball rotation, rental club inventory, club repair and grip inventory, and Outside Service supplies.
• Assist with tournaments as directed; including cart preparation, cart staging and set-up, tee signs, cart signs.
• Cart Fleet Management; this includes detailing and maintenace of a fleet of over 50 carts as well as an additional 10-20 tournament fleet carts for outings bi-weekly.
• Assists with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of the practice range and short game facilities; clean picking on sundays.
• Ability to answer the phone accurately and professionally.
• Enthusiasm to work closely with other staff members in a team environment.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $19.00 per hour.
