Outside Golf Player Services Assistant
Golf Course in Brainerd, Minnesota is looking for an Outside Golf Player Services Assistant.

Position Overview:
One of your duties is to display our policies to each guest at our facility while assisting with the finest overall golfing experience possible.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greeting and servicing guests/members before and during their golf round.
• Introducing each course and expectation to all guests while playing.
• Maintain and instruct proper golf etiquette to all players.
• Regulate proper pace of play.
• Help maintain proper golf conditions.
• Help keep stage and work area clean and orderly.
• Preparation/operation of bag storage, range, and golf cart inventory.
• Carry clubs of guests/members to and from golf cart, bag drop, or vehicle.
• Clean clubs upon completion of guests/members golf round.
• Working nights and weekends is expected in this position.

Requirements:
Prior knowledge of golf is a plus but not required.
Ability to make decisions.
Ability to learn and do tasks given to you.
Passionate about strong customer service.
