Outside Golf Player Services Assistant
Golf Course in Nisswa, Minnesota is looking for an Outside Golf Player Services Assistant.

Position Overview:
You are a vital member of our team, contributing to our reputation as a fun and positive place to work. We are seeking high-energy, positive individuals with a deep knowledge and love for the game of golf. In this role, you may be one of the only staff members guests see during their four hours on the golf course.

This role is a key position in our operational excellence delivery goals. The role may advance into a supervisor-level position should the incumbent demonstrate sufficient strategic development and enlargement of performance scope. The successful person will be an advocate of our mission, values, and brand from a golf level.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests at the first tee and providing them with course information.
• Ensuring guests tee off promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping players organized and maintaining a steady pace throughout the golf course.
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience
• Multitasking and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Passion for golf and a strong knowledge of the game.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy times.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Previous experience in a customer service or golf-related role is preferred but not required.
Previous golf course or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
