Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Newport, Oregon is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the facility. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to ‘customer-centric’ service standards. The position will work directly with our public guests and multiple other staffers on property.

The role includes but is not limited to:
• Perform all opening and closing responsibilities.
• Perform guest registration, check-in and cash-handling responsibilities.
• Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional, perform all duties related to all group/outside events including planning, pre-event preparations, course set-up, scoring, prize presentations, special merchandising, billing and post-event wrap-up
• Manage golf car operation, practice facility and club storage services.
• Assist in inventory control of all merchandise and supplies for Golf Shop and Golf Operations, point of sale data input, display and daily sales.
• Conduct a daily inspection of entire golf facility including golf course, practice area and the clubhouse.
• Merchandise creatively and upsell retail items.

Compensation:
$17.00 – $22.00 per hour.
