Head Golf Professional
Resort in Austin, Texas is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire golf day-to-day operations including, but not limited to: The Golf Shop, Golf Course, Tournaments, Golf Car Fleet Operations, Scheduling and Staffing, and Practice Facilities.
• Hire, train, and supervise competent personnel.
• Enforce all the facility’s rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf cars, and other golf facilities.
• Be fiscally responsible for the entire golf operation.
• Maintain a close relationship with the golf course superintendent.
• Supervise the use of the reservation system and the POS.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly play with the hotel.
• Review monthly financials with the Director of Golf and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
PGA Class A preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
5 years of experience as a golf professional preferred.
College Degree a plus, but not required.
Must possess strong computer skills.
Experienced in tournament operations (Golf Genius Software System).
Experienced in golf shop merchandising.

Compensation:
$65,000.00 per year.
