Head Golf Professional
Golf Club in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Golf Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Golf Professional to lead our Golf Operations team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for delivering an efficient, professional, and service-driven golf operation.

The Head Golf Professional will oversee the daily operation of the Golf Shop, Outside Services, and Player Assistance staff while taking a leadership role in tee sheet management, tournaments, leagues, outings, Golf Genius, staffing, and customer service.

This position also has a strong sales and business development focus, including generating and renewing golf outings, corporate events, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities. During the off-season, the position will shift heavily toward outbound sales, prospecting, event renewals, planning, and preparation for the upcoming golf season.
• Lead and manage daily Golf Operations and staff
• Create staff schedules and maximize labor efficiency
• Manage and optimize the tee sheet to increase rounds and revenue
• Plan and execute tournaments, leagues, outings, and Club events
• Serve as the primary Golf Genius administrator
• Generate new outing, corporate event, advertising, and sponsorship business
• Conduct outbound sales, including calls, emails, prospecting, and customer follow-up
• Manage event contracts, details, and customer communication
• Maintain strong relationships with members, guests, event organizers, and business partners
• Coordinate Golf Operations with Grounds, Food & Beverage, and Club management
• Help achieve departmental revenue, labor, sales, and operating goals

Requirements
PGA Associate or Member in good standing
Minimum two years of golf course experience ideally as an assistant golf professional or higher

Compensation
$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
