Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Join a well-established company with 30 years of excellence in golf course management. We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to support our Superintendent in maintaining championship-quality tees, greens, fairways and grounds across our Southwest properties. This role offers growth, leadership opportunity, and the chance to step into the Superintendent’s role when needed.

What you’ll do
• Assist the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and supervising day-to-day maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, cart paths and landscape areas.
• Lead and train equipment operators; ensure proper operation, care and maintenance of mowing and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee and/or perform calibration and application of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides; manage irrigation, pumps and drainage systems.
• Participate in the repair / maintenance of irrigation components and system. Must be willing to learn RainBird 2-wire system.
• Serve as acting Superintendent in the Superintendent’s absence.

Compensation
$55,000 – $65,000 per year.
