Tier 1 High Performance Golf Coach

Tier 1 Golf Program · Reports to Director of Golf

Tier 1 Golf Program — Program Vision

Tier 1 Golf is being built as part of the broader Tier 1 Sports ecosystem, designed to develop athletes through intentional training, high standards, and long-term pathways. The program is not a traditional driving range or lesson-based model. It is a player-centered, development-driven environment that integrates technical coaching, skill acquisition, competitive preparation, and athletic development. Tier 1 Golf aims to create a modern training culture where golfers of all ages and levels train with purpose, access elite coaching and technology, and develop professional habits that support competitive, collegiate, and lifelong performance goals. Coaches are expected to actively contribute to this vision and help elevate the standard of golf development within the ecosystem.

Position Summary
