Golf Course in Pikeville, Tennessee is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Golf Course Manager responsible for the overall management of the golf operation and course conditions while working cooperatively with other departments in the park. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Essential Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
• Oversight of entire golf operation including golf programming, golf play, golf shop, snack bar, and golf course maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate and supervise all golf course staff and maintain accurate payroll records
• Responsible for overall revenue generation, cost controls, player development and increasing overall profitability of the course
• Develop, maintain, update, and utilize customer database
• Lead and inspire employees to focus on the customer experience as a key priority
• Adhere to and enforce required fiscal and accounting policies related to accurate recordkeeping, payment of invoices, payment card processing, inventories, daily deposits, monthly reporting, etc.
• Ensure systems controls are in place to safeguard assets, revenues, resources
• Maintain safety standards and safety equipment within OSHA requirements
• Maintain course conditions in a safe and cost-effective manner for the enjoyment of generations to come
• Class “A” PGA Member or LPGA experience is preferred

Compensation
$54,744.00 – $63,000.00 per year.
