Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Club in Sewickley, Pennsylvania is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for promoting the game of golf and the club’s offerings while delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests. The attendant assists customers with merchandise selections, maintains an organized and visually appealing golf shop, provides information about club services and events, supports inventory management, and collaborates with the pro-shop team to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service.

Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail, with a basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and guests.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the shop’s presentation and inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, twist, bend, lift, and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
