Golf Academy in Payson, Utah is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Golf Academy is seeking a dedicated Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This position is designed for a PGA Associate actively pursuing Class A membership who is looking to gain comprehensive experience in teaching, player development, club fitting, club building, and golf retail operations while working in a high-performance academy environment.

Requirements
• Actively enrolled in the PGA Associate Program and in good standing
• Commitment to completing the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) program and achieving PGA Class A Membership
• Strong communication, teaching, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated interest in player development, club fitting, and equipment technology
• Desire to learn and advance in golf club building and repair
• Ability to manage staff and oversee daily retail operations
• Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills

Compensation
$20.00 per hour.
