Golf course in Conroe, Texas is looking for a Golf Manager.

Position Overview:
Lead daily operations of our golf course, clubhouse, pro shop, and food & beverage service. This role is all about leadership, membership growth, and creating the best golf experience in the area.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee staff, clubhouse, pro shop & F&B operations.
• Grow membership & build community engagement.
• Work with the superintendent to maintain top course conditions.
• Plan tournaments, outings, and special events.
• Manage budgets & ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
5+ years in golf, club, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership & customer service skills.
Financial & F&B management experience.
PGA or CMAA affiliation.
