Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Butte, Montana is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent. Under the Superintendents supervision, the position participates in all maintenance of the golf course; tees, greens, fairways, roughs, cart paths, etc. Supervises the maintenance staff; and does related work as required. The position may serve in the Superintendent’s capacity during his absence.

Requirements:
Formal education in turfgrass management or horticulture preferred, but not necessary.
3 to 5 years of golf course maintenance experience.
1 year minimum experience operating, adjusting, troubleshooting, and repairing modern golf course irrigation system.
1 year minimum supervisory experience.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:
$55,000 per year.
