Outside Golf Services Leader
Golf Course in Berks County, Pennsylvania is looking for an Outside Golf Services Leader.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Greet all members and guests.
• Provide the highest level of service.
• Train outside service staff.
• Work closely with the Head Golf Professional to foster a service-oriented mindset.
• Operate golf carts – 50 golf cart fleet.
• Report golf cart problems to the Head Golf Professional and service mechanics.
• Set up the practice range.
• Manage the daily operations of practice areas.
• Assist the professional staff with group outings and tournaments, including cart preparation, cart staging, and cart signs.
• Help in the golf shop when needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Clean golf clubs and golf carts.
• Keep the area tidy and organized.
• Properly manage club storage by organizing and setting up bags before players arrive and ensuring clubs are stored clean and correctly.
• Organize golf bags in the staging area for regular play and tournaments, staying informed of daily activity, cancellations, and requests.
• Assist the professional staff in starting play on the 1st tee and managing back-nine starts.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary.
