Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Nekoosa, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage play.
• Assist with all opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain merchandise levels appropriate for the season and traffic in the golf shop.
• Keep the golf shop attractive and organized.
• Assist in tournament operations and weekly small group events, including planning, contracts, billing, course setup, preparation, scoring, and follow-up.
• Conduct individual lessons and group clinics.
• Manage outside service staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Oversee practice facility and bag storage.
• Help control inventory of hard goods, soft goods, and special orders, including ordering, receiving, pricing, display, and sales.
• Assist in planning and budgeting for golf operations.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Coordinate golf activities with other departments.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating the expected behavior and work ethic.

Requirements:
Prior retail and/or golf industry experience preferred.
PGA Members, apprentice, or University Student preferred.
