Head Girls Golf Coach
School in St. Charles, Missouri is looking for a Head Girls Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Plays a pivotal role in shaping students’ athletic development, fostering teamwork, and guiding athletes to excel both on and off the golf course. This position enhances the student experience through positive mentoring, skill-building, and a commitment to competitive golf.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive golf-specific training plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment.
• Supervise golf practices, matches, and tournaments, prioritizing student safety and development.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
• Track and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to training plans as needed.
• Support students’ personal and athletic growth.

Requirements:
Must have a Four-Year Degree or have served as an Approved Assistant Coach for a minimum of two school years.

Compensation:
$3,981 per season.
