Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Bullard, Texas is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Assists the Golf Professional Staff in managing the daily operations of a private golf facility. To be successful in this role a candidate must have general golf knowledge and enjoy working with people. The candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as with others. We are looking for friendly, energetic employees who enjoy the game of golf.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates a working knowledge to conduct opening, midday and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests with enthusiasm and a smile.
• Operate POS to check in golfers and take tee times.
• Professional and courteous phone skills.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image.
• Assist with golf shop merchandising, which includes displaying goods.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Follows and enforces operating policies and procedures.
• Responds to and resolves inquiries, questions, and complaints from guests and refers to management staff as necessary.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma / GED required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
1 year customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
