Golf Course Manager
Golf Course in Sinclair, Wyoming is looking for a Golf Course Manager.

Position Overview:
Job Duties:
• Overseeing the maintenance and landscaping of the golf course and its facilities.
• Coordinating with groundskeepers to ensure the course is clean and well-maintained.
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing operational budgets.
• Implementing strategies to attract and retain members and guests.
• Coordinating golf tournaments and other special events.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Managing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Overseeing the pro shop operations and golf equipment rentals.
• Communicating effectively with members and guests to address any concerns or complaints.

Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of golf course maintenance and operations, including understanding of agronomy, turf grass science, and the rules of golf.
Excellent leadership and management skills to supervise and motivate a team of groundskeepers, pro shop staff, starters, marshals, and other golf course employees.
Ability to plan and coordinate golf tournaments and other special events, requiring solid organizational and event management skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact positively with golfers, members, guests, and employees, fostering a hospitable and professional environment.
Financial acumen to manage budgets, control inventory, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue for the golf course.
Strong problem-solving skills to promptly resolve any issues or concerns related to course maintenance or customer service.
Good physical health and stamina to spend much of the day outdoors, in various weather conditions, and to inspect the course and its facilities.
Proficiency in relevant software applications for scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.

Preferred:
A bachelor’s in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
