Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Tulsa, Oklahoma is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for, but not limited to, delivering world-class service to every member and guest, provide golf lessons to members, assist with day-to-day operations, help with golf shop merchandise, and tournament operations.

Essential Responsibilities
• Will be responsible for specific tournaments and or golf associations (MGA, WGA, Junior Golf).
• Opening and Closing Procedures of Golf Shop.
• Overseeing Outside Services with Club Storage and Golf Cart Fleet Management.
• Tournament Operations (Men, Ladies, Mixed).
• Answering Phones.
• Checking in Members / Guests.
• Transactions: Merchandise / Daily Green Fees.
• Merchandising with Club Essential Software.
• Ability and willingness to present professionalism.
• Communication between other departments.
• Take accurate daily records.
• Clean and maintain Golf Shop.

Requirements:
Preferred private club experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS Systems
Advanced organizational and communication skills
Enthusiasm for customer service
Passion for career advancement
Driven to implement and advance current customer service protocols
