Director of Golf
Golf Academy in Spokane, Washington is looking for a Director of Golf.

Position Overview:
Essential job duties are, but not limited to:
• Develop Lessons Plans for all courses.
• Work with the Administrator to ensure clear marketing, registration and communication of lesson plans to students and course staff.
• Hire, train, schedule and manage all non professional staff
• Teach cClasses and run 9 hole matches.
• Document Student Progress and proactively recommend next steps.
• Work with each course to ensure scheduling continuity and cohesion.
• Actively post and grow social media platforms.
• Manage course equipment.

Requirements:
Above all, the successful person should have a love of working with kids and have a desire to grow the player’s athletic and life skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to teach, play and promote the game of golfer to junior golfer and strive to enhance the lives of students and fellow employees alike.
High School diploma is required
2 or 4 year college degree is preferred.
The successful candidate will either be in the PGA/LPGA program or ready to start.
Golf Industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
$36,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year.
