Head Girl’s Golf Coach
High School in Bismarck, North Dakota is looking for a Head Girl’s Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the girls’ golf team.
• Plan and conduct daily practices, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
• Manage all aspects of the team, including scheduling practices and competitions, and coordinating with school administration.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and a love for the game.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school officials.
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Organize and lead team fundraising efforts and community outreach.

Requirements:
Previous coaching experience, preferably in high school or youth golf.
Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
Must pass a background check as per school district policies.

Compensation:
$4,044.00 – $5,459.00 per year.
