Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in South Lyon, Michigan is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the golf operations and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assisting with tournament operations and organizing golf events.
• Conducting golf lessons and clinics for players of all skill levels.
• Assist with Junior Golf and PGA Junior League.
• Assisting with golf shop operations, including merchandise sales and inventory management.
• Managing Jonas tee time software and ensuring efficient pace of play on the golf course.
• Assisting with club repair and equipment fitting services.
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere of all members and guests.
• Upholding the rules and regulations of the club and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all golfers.
• Playing golf with members.

Requirements:
Private Club experience is requested but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer and social media skills (Jonas, Golf Genius, Excel, and Word).
PGA/LPGA Member in good standing or registered PGA apprentice.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Merchandising experience is necessary.
Teaching and fitting experience.

Compensation:
$900.00 – $1,000.00 per week.
