1st Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for helping Head Golf Professional manage all aspects of the daily operation of the golf shop. Candidate needs to have a strong background in teaching, the opportunity to surpass $10,000 in lesson revenue. Candidate must also be proficient in fitting golf clubs and ordering custom merchandise in a timely matter. Candidate will also be responsible for scheduling inside and outside staff. This position will provide the right person a great opportunity.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Promote and grow the junior golf program.
• Play golf with a variety of members.
• Plan and coordinate various instructional programs.
• Manage daily operations and ensure shop is orderly.
• Use Golf Genius Premium to set up and conduct golf tournaments/outings.
• Promote a positive atmosphere and outstanding customer service.
• Work closesly with memebrs of management as well as other departments.
• Experience with launch monitors and teaching technology a plus.

Requirements:
Minimum enrolled in Level 1 of the PGM Program.

Compensation:
$45,500.00 – $52,000.00 per year.
