Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Delray Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for providing platinum service to members and guests, professionally coordinating club events, overseeing an award-winning Golf Shop, managing team members, and assisting the Director of Golf in several aspects of the golf operation. The professional will receive guidance and support from accomplished professionals to reach career goals. Our goal is to make you the PGA Professional you desire to be.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain an effective working relationship with the entire Golf Operation Team and Club Management.
• Event Preparation and Execution.
• Starter/Ranger Assistance.
• Club Repair.
• Clinics (Men’s, Ladies, Mixed, Juniors, Caddies).
• Inventory Control (Rental sets, Gloves, Balls, etc.)
• Assist in Golf Shop Merchandising.
• Prepare, Maintain, and continue to improve the Golf Shop.
• Oversee Pace of Play.
• Help enforce all the club’s rules and regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in high-end country clubs.

Compensation:
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour.
