Outside Golf Services Attendant
Country Club in West Hartford, Connecticut is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
Provide a memorable experience by greeting members and their guests whilst always upholding the club standards. During your time here you will be trained in different areas of the golf operation. There is room for growth within the operation for those that exceed expectations. The role will include maintaining the cleanliness of the golf car fleet, maintaining the practice areas and assisting at bag drop.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.
• Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards and attention to detail.
• Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands.
• Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time throughout the day.
• Display friendliness and helpfulness always to club members and their guests.
• Thoroughly clean and wash golf carts, and stage them for play.
• Assist in managing the daily flow of traffic around the cart staging area and bag room.
• Maintain practice areas and keep them looking presentable throughout the day.
• Detail golf carts as directed.
• Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and materials properly.
• Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Department Supervisor.
• Express a positive member-first attitude.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
