Outside Golf Operations Manager
Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Manage the staff in place to carry out daily operations, ensuring proper scheduling and coverage to operate the facility.
• Understand the entire operation thoroughly and uphold high standards of conduct and represent oneself in a consistent, professional manner.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and report to the Director of Golf the items that you feel are necessary for us to exceed the standards and expectations of our membership.
• Provide excellent customer service at the Golf Studio, focusing on golfers and managing to ensure a great experience each time they visit.
• Develop familiar relationships with members and be able to promote activity at the club.
• Manage maintenance and upkeep of the Golf Studio / Practice Area Facilities.
• Facilitate basic club repair and assist in driving custom fit club sales.
• When needed, perform the duties required to maintain a consistent level of service. It is expected that this person will do what is required to get the job done.

Requirements:
This position requires intimate knowledge of the Private Club Culture in the Golf Business.
Strong leadership skills are necessary to successfully navigate the personalities and activities surrounding the job.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have opportunities for a long tenure in their position. We are looking for a team player who wants to be part of our core team.

Compensation:
$760.00 – $840.00 per week.
