Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Rumson, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Plays a key role in golf course and property management on a daily basis. This person would work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to plan and execute all maintenance tasks and projects.

Requirements:
Two or four year turf management degree or related field.
Candidates must have experience with cool season grasses, college internships a plus. Work experience should include but not limited to, minor crew supervision and daily planning, irrigation repair and installation, water management, chemical and fertilizer applications and calibration.
Candidate must posses a positive attitude and be highly self motivated while being able to motivate others.
Must have the ability to work hard and have a strong willingness to learn and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Must have the dedication and commitment to want to learn and grow in the turfgrass management field with an overall goal of becoming a Golf Course Superintendent.

Compensation:
$62,500 – $72,500 per year.
Health insurance, life insurance, meals, 401k, uniforms, association dues, golfing privileges, holiday and performance bonus potential, and on-site housing available.
