Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This role is instrumental in maintaining the pristine conditions of our course, ensuring an unparalleled golfing experience for members and guests. The position will work closely with the Superintendent and other staff members on all aspects of maintenance and crew management.

Requirements:
Associate degree or higher in Turf Management, Agronomy, or related field is preferred.
A certificate from an accredited program and 3 years of work experience is also acceptable.
Knowledge of Turfgrass management practices, irrigation systems, and equipment operation.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
A commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.
Have a pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $85,000 per year.

Golf privileges, uniforms, paid holidays, sick days and vacation time.
Dues to national and local superintendent associations are paid by the club.
