2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Individuals will interact with the Director of Agronomy, Superintendent, First Assistant and staff to develop knowledge and skills necessary to lead a team and produce championship conditions. There is a strong potential to advance within management team. Individuals will have the opportunity to experience maintenance of newly renovated golf course along with construction of a new maintenance facility and practice facility.

Individuals will also gain experience in:
• PGA Tour tournament.
• Water management.
• Bermudagrass agronomic and cultural practices.
• Maintaining 007XL bentgrass greens in the transition zone.
• Operation and maintenance of new HDPE, Rainbird 2-wire irrigation system.
• Operation and maintenance of hydronics system.

Requirements:
Previous golf course experience required with a degree or certificate in a turf related field.
Individual who possesses a positive attitude, passion for the turf industry, a strong desire to learn and a desire to be a team player within the team.

Compensation:
$55,000 per year.
401K with 4% match.
