Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Elverson, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This is an entry-level position ideal for a passionate individual who is eager to gain experience and grow in the golf industry. The position will assist in all aspects of golf operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the golf operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Customer Service & Member Interaction: Provide exceptional service to partners and guests, ensuring a positive experience both on and off the course. Assist with check-in, course information, and club services.
• Golf Instruction: Assist Head Professional with individual and group lessons, including assisting with clinics and junior golf programs.
• Golf Operations: Assist with managing daily golf operations, including overseeing daily play, overnight accomodations and maintaining the overall flow of play on the course.
• Pro Shop Support: Assist in the pro shop, including inventory management, sales, merchandising, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked and presentable.
• Tournament Operations: Help organize and run club tournaments, special events, and member golf outings.
• Professional Development: Continue to develop golfing skills and knowledge of the game while pursuing PGA membership requirements and attending professional training sessions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in a related field is a plus.
Must be interested in working toward PGA membership.
Previous experience in golf operations or retail is a plus, but not required.
Experience with GolfGenius or Jonas POS a plus but not required.

Compensation:
$900.00 per week.
