Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for running the day-to-day maintenance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Associate degree or completion of certificate course in turf-related field.
2-4 years in Golf or Sports turf.
Acquire a Wisconsin pesticide applicator’s license within 3 months of the hire date.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $70,000 per year.

Short Term Disability Insurance will be provided at no cost to the employee.
$25k Life Insurance policy will be provided at no cost to the employee.
Paid Time Off – First year of employment will be prorated based on hire date and will renew each January 1st based on years of service.
401 (k) – eligible on quarterly enrollment date after 6 months of employment.
Prestwick will match dollar for dollar on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2% for a total of 4% matching.
