Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Albion, Nebraska is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Lead our golf operations and provide exceptional service to our members and guests. The position will oversee the daily activities of the golf course, including organizing tournaments, managing the pro shop, offering private lessons, and ensuring an excellent golf experience. This role requires a strong passion for the game, teaching ability, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, professional advice, and assistance to all members and guests.
• Organize, promote, and conduct men’s, women’s, and junior golf events and programs.
• Manage golf cart operation, practice facility, and club storage service.
• Tactfully enforce club policies and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Organize, promote, and conduct all golf events and tournaments.
• Provide club repair and club fitting services and lessons as available.
• Maintain an attractive golf shop with superior service, assisting in sales, inventory, and special orders.
• Manage the day-to-day golf operations to include phones, tee times, pace of play, recording, rules, etc.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional.
Strong teaching and coaching skills, with a passion for developing players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage pro shop operations, including retail sales and inventory.
Knowledge of golf tournament organization and event planning.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with members and guests.
PGA certification.

Compensation:
$35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
