Outside Golf Services Attendant
Country Club in Palm City, Florida is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
Provide bag, cart and range service to members and guests.

Job Tasks (Duties):
• Brings carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside Golf Shop insuring the carts are in good operable condition, batteries fully charged and cart clean, including towel, scorecard, pencil, tees, sand and pin placement sheet.
• Coordinates member cart repairs with outside vendor repair service as needed.
Communicates all repairs needed to member and inside operations staff.
• Moves members’ golf bags to playing partners carts and returns bag after play.
• Maintains practice range, facility, insuring a proper supply and presentation of clean range balls and equipment.
• Performs inventory of drink & snack cooler, restock to match sheet, turn in all money over the $15.00 bank and all chits daily before Golf Shop closes.
• Fulfills member lunch request and deliveries to the refreshment area.
• Responsible for monitoring and “reconciling” all guest play and rounds played per day.
• Cleans golf clubs and carts for members and guest following play.
• Is responsible for the attractiveness and cleanliness of the cart barn, patio, golf cart parking area and the “turn.” Wipes dew from tables chairs and insures coffee station, turn and shoe brushes are in clean and presentable condition. Coffee and appropriate break service materials should always be kept in clean and presentable condition.
• Greets returning members from the golf course, returns carts to cart shelter; removes towels, pencils, score cards, tees drink cans, etc., from carts and saves reusable items; washes cart; parks cart in shelter and connects charger cable to cart. Resupply carts with pencil, scorecard, tees, and sand. Notes any necessary cart repairs and schedules them for maintenance.
• Starts and directs all play to proper tee position or to starter.
• Removes bags from Bag Storage Room or vehicles and loads onto carts as requested. Removes bags from carts and returns bags to assigned rack in Bag Storage Room or vehicle.
• Ensure Tee #1 and Tee #10 are stocked with all material.
• Keep rental clubs clean, bags emptied, clubs accounted for. Report any missing clubs to Golf Shop upon return of rental set.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent, entry-level position, desired successful work experience in a similar environment.

Compensation:
$16.00 per hour.
