Head Girl’s Golf Coach
High School in Casa Grande, Arizona is looking for a Head Girl’s Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
To provide additional educational opportunities outside of the regular curriculum by providing leadership and mentoring skills to students will they participate in a sport. They provide a safe environment where a student can develop personal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Advocates for their sport, coaches and players.
• Effectively communicates with staff, community, parents and players regarding activities and student participation in sports.
• Enforces AIA regulations and Board policies.
• Where appropriate evaluates staff.
• Oversees the maintenance of equipment and buildings used by the team.
• Keeps and accurate inventory of all equipment.
• Is a mentor and coach for the students.
• Supervises all team levels and coaches including paid and volunteer.
• Is responsible for daily operations of their sport including transportation, student eligibility and the physical/emotional well-being of the students.
• Fulfills all duties/responsibilities during the sport season and all pre-season duties associated with the sport.
• Regularly attends coaching clinics and workshops.
• Provides proper supervision, administration, and security of locker rooms, practice areas, and buses/vans at all times.

Requirements:
High School diploma.
IVP Fingerprint Clearance card ( Department of Public Safety).
Must hold a valid Coaching or Arizona Teaching certificate and CPR certificate.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general curriculum periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and correspondence with parents, community and other agencies.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Proof of Mumps, Measles and Rubella, (MMR) vaccination.
Valid government-issued identification or current work visa with expiration date.
Unofficial copies of transcripts will be accepted with applications, official transcripts will be due upon job offer.
