Outside Golf Operations Attendant
Golf Course in Phillipsburg, New Jersey is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Attendant.

Position Overview:
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including Bag Drop Attendant, Starter, and Ranger, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members and guests.
• Manage golf cart operations, including staging, cleaning, and maintaining carts.
• Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure adherence to club policies, including dress code and etiquette.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests using radios and other communication tools.
• Assist with course operations, including managing pace of play, enforcing rules, and maintaining the driving range.
• Support fellow team members and assist with other duties as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying golf bags, equipment, and other items up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of golf operations and etiquette is a plus.
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$15.13 per hour.
