Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
While managing the day-to-day golf operation areas within the Golf Studio responsibility will include, not limited to the following:
• Prioritize member relations in building relationships through genuine care, trust and knowledge.
• Contribute to the success of the Golf Studio, a technology-driven retail outlet focused on golf equipment sales and promotion.
• Assist members and guests with daily equipment purchases through exceptional product knowledge and genuine care.
• Assist in organizing and running golf equipment demo days.
• Accurately scan monthly golf inventory.
• Contribute to club-repair concession through effective re-gripping of members clubs.
• Work with the Director of Instruction and Assistant Golf Professionals in organizing and running of junior golf and related social golf events.
• As time permits, play golf with full range of membership to help promote services and member engagement.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service within the golf industry.
Enrolled in Level 1 or higher of the PGA program.
Extensive knowledge of golf and a strong willingness to manage all aspects of golf operations.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in retail is an advantage.
Ability to recognize and address occupational hazards and adhere to safety protocols.
Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
Strong ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers, including handling challenging situations with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Capable of prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
