Outside Golf Operations Attendant
Country Club in Fairfax, Virginia is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Attendant.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Outline and implement various training program in order to maintain a well-trained staff.
• Providing the highest level of service to club members and guests. Knowledgeable of members and anticipates their needs.
• Assists with organizing golf bags in bag room, and staging area for regular play and range for the day. Work with professional staff keeping informed of daily activities & requests.
• Assists with managing and maintaining range ball rotation, rental club inventory, bag room and Outside Service supplies.
• Assist with tournaments as directed; including cart preparation, cart staging and set-up, tee signs, cart signs.
• Cart Fleet Management; this includes detailing and maintenance of a fleet of 60 carts.
• Assists with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of the practice range and short game facilities.
• Enthusiasm to work closely with other staff members in a team environment.
