Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Greenville, Delaware is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Display a positive attitude and appearance at all times and will be motivated to contribute and elevate the service levels on a daily basis. This position will grant the successful candidate a terrific opportunity to become well-versed in all key areas of becoming a PGA Golf Professional, setting them up for much future success. Responsibilities in daily member service, tournament/handicap operations, teaching, merchandising, staff management, etc. are all found here.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Enhance member service, exceeding expectations on a daily basis.
2. Daily opening and closing of the golf shop – attention to detail and a proactive mindset is required.
3. POS / Inventory Management / Merchandising for a Top 100 Golf Shop.
4. Staff management of outside operations team.
5. Tournament operations assistance – Golf genius tournament management software.
6. Junior clinic / camp, PGA Junior League Golf assistance.
7. Monitor and assist with pace of play on a daily basis.
8. Monitor daily member charges for accuracy and ensure proper revenue collection for the club.

Requirements:
The desire to be a PGA Professional, advance in the golf business, and be a key role player in a first-class operation is a must.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $25.00 per hour.
