Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
You will be joining a team with five managers on site who have nearly ninety seasons of combined greenkeeping experience.

Requirements:
A passion for the profession of greenskeeping and an understanding of the game of golf.
A willingness to learn and contribute to our team in a positive way.
Previous assistant 1st or 2nd assistant experience is preferred.
An associate or bachelor’s degree or certificate in turf management (or related field, like agronomy, horticulture, plant science, soil science) is preferred.
The ability to communicate clearly and get along with a large and diverse crew.
A valid driver’s license along with the ability and motivation to acquire a Delaware pesticide applicator license within 90 days of employment.
