2nd Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Atlanta, Georgia is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Key Focus Areas:
• Elevating the customer experience and service levels to match the product excellence provided.
• Building a team of golf associates that are fully trained for their jobs, understanding the clubs goals and are held fully accountable for their results…
• Ensuring the pro shop, cart staging area, driving range, and cart storage area presentation and appearance is always clean, pleasing to the eye, and impeccable in its presentation.
• Attending a weekly key golf staff meeting that covers training, customer service, progress since the prior month, and basic financials that can pertain to the entire department.
• Planning, promoting, and executing all golf activities as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
• Regularly recognizing exemplary associate accomplishments through the rewarding of Grand Slam awards.
• Following all State, Federal, and Bobby Jones Links rules in regard to human resources including such key policies as hiring and firing, discrimination, and harassment.

Requirements:
Proven track record of providing customer service excellence to all guests.
Desire to develop a career path in the golf industry.
The ability to lead people and build cohesive teams working toward a common goal.
The ability to provide exemplary customer service.
The ability to proficiently use Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of the club’s golf operation.

Compensation:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
