Outside Golf Operations Attendant
Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Attendant.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Greet all members and guests.
• Work closely with the Head Golf Professional to foster a service-oriented mindset.
• Practice range setup.
• Daily management of the practice areas.
• Assist the professional staff in all aspects of group outings and tournaments, including cart preparation, cart staging, and cart signs.
• Assist in the golf shop when needed.
• Reliable attendance.
• Cleaning of golf clubs and golf carts.
• Maintain a tidy and organized area.
• Properly manage club storage through organization, setting up bags in advance of player arrival, and ensuring clubs are stored clean and in the correct position
• Assist with organizing golf bags in the staging area for regular play and tournaments. Work with the professional staff keeping informed of daily activity, cancellations, and requests.
• Assist the professional staff in starting on the 1st tee and managing back nine starts.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary.

Good organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to work as part as a team.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Professional presentation and appearance.
Flexibility and willingness to work combination of weekdays and weekends.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
