Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Granbury, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
A successful candidate will assist in the management and maintenance of the golf course turf, ensuring exceptional playing conditions and a superior golfing experience for our ownership. The right person will be self-motivated and desire perfection daily. This position will play a key role in the grown-in of the property.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Superintendent in managing and supervising all aspects of golf course turf maintenance and operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive turf management programs, including irrigation, fertilization, aeration, and pest control.
• Schedules, trains, supervises, and evaluates all personnel on staff.
• Assist in fertility and pesticide applications.

Requirements:
Degree or Certification in Turfgrass Management.
Experience in golf course turf management and maintenance.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, chemical applications, and turf-related equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year.
