Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Aptos, California is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position assists the Director of Golf in the management of the day-to-day Golf operations. The position is responsible to supervise and manage the golf operations in the absence of the Director of Golf. All duties of the position shall be performed with the highest level of customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist with Golfer check-in and fee collection.
• Control and manage play.
• Enforce all Club Rules and Regulations.
• Open and close the Golf Shop.
• Assist in managing facility tournament operations.
• Conduct individual lessons and group clinics.
• Assist with management of outside service staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved.
• Provide club fitting services.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image.

Requirements:
Maintain PGA of America Membership in good standing or Actively be pursuing PGA Membership.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf and rules.
Act as a role model for all employees.
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated with desire to promote and market.
Service and customer-focused attitude.
Be able to operate an iPad.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
