Head Golf Professional
Golf Club in Clifton, Virginia is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The position will work closely with the Director of Golf and the other members of the Professional staff to execute upon our Sequence of Service and provide a the highest level of customer service to members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day golf operation with the assistance from other Golf Professionals.
• Oversee the seasonal Golf Operations staff and mentor associates.
• Play a role in the Tournament Operation.
• Assist with Merchandise buying & displaying.
• Quarterly Golf Shop Inventory.
• Yield Management of Tee Sheet.
• Ensure vision & goals of the facility can be met.
• Work with marketing team to promote the facility all of its offerings.
• Social Media page management.

Requirements:
PGA Class A member or PGA Associate in good standing preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills will be required to interact with members, guests and staff on a regular basis.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
Minimum of 2+ years of golf operations experience.
Experienced computer user including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proficient in other areas such as Golf Genius.
