Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Eugene, Oregon is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist with the Daily Golf Operations.
• Great Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills.
• Outside Services Training and Development.
• Golf Instruction and Junior Golf.
• Tournament Operations and Golf Genius Software.
• Merchandising and Inventory Control using Jonas Point of Sale.
• Ability to play in Pro-Ams and host the members effectively.
• Knowledge of the rules of golf.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

Requirements:
Private Club experience a plus.
Clubfitting experience a plus.
Experience managing bag room staff.
Budgeting.
Reasonable experience with Golf Genius member event management.
PGA Level 2 or greater preferred.
Opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
Currently has served as an Assistant for two years at a recognized facility.
Current, good standing in the PGA Associate program required (for eligibility to play in Oregon PGA Pro-Ams for example).

Compensation:
$39,500.00 – $54,000.00 per year.
