Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Muncie, Indiana is looking for a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Report to the PGA Head Golf Professional and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the absence of the Head Professional.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Work 30 to 39 hours per week
• Golf shop operations including: ordering, receiving and displaying merchandise.
• Use and understand POS Software (Club Prophet Systems) and Tournament Software (BlueGolf).
• Greet and service all members and guests in a professional manner.
• Supervise outside staff members.
• Assist in creating, promoting and administering all club events.
• Assist in player development programs for adults and juniors.
• Be an advocate in our community to promote our club and build membership.

Requirements:
PGA Apprentice preferred.
Four-year college degree preferred.
Minimum two years of golf industry experience.
Exceptional knowledge and playing experience of the game of golf.
Must have strong customer skills.
Must possess strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
Must be proficient in using computer programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, P.O.S., etc.)
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)

Compensation:
$13.00 – $18.00 per hour.
