Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in Osterville, Massachusetts is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Interns can expect to be involved in planning, crew management, course set-up, watering, spraying, construction projects, amongst many other things. Interns will work closely with the superintendent, assistant superintendents, mechanic, and irrigation technician to learn all aspects of the turf management department, with the end goal of preparing you to take the next step to assistant superintendent, and eventually superintendent. Interns will be given the opportunity to manage the crew for a week during the summer to gain experience in the role of an assistant. Interns that work into August will be involved with the installation of a new irrigation system come fall of 2024.

Requirements:
We welcome all levels of experience and education.

Compensation:
$20 – $23 per hour.
Housing, meals, uniforms, and golf privileges.
