Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Club in Bayonne, New Jersey is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Work closely with the assistant superintendents and superintendent. They will be involved in all aspects of golf course grounds maintenance including but not limited to the following:
• Course/Tournament set up.
• Pesticide and Fertilizer application and calibration.
• Water management of greens, tees, fairways, and rough.
• Mowing of all playing surfaces/operation of all essential equipment.
• Small crew management.
• Tee/Bunker renovation and reconstruction.
• Irrigation and drainage system troubleshooting/repair.
• Hand watering and syringing.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a turf grass management program.
Some golf course grounds maintenance experience preferred but not necessary for consideration.

Compensation:
$18 per hour.
