2nd Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Cary, North Carolina is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist with Pro Shop hours by managing tee sheet and POS when needed.
• Lead Outside Services: A leadership by example role. Goal is to provide outstanding customer service. Mentor and Train staff with efficiency of operations, greeting and interacting with customers. Scheduling staff within budget is a key task.
• Assist Tournament Director with outings, by delivering 1stclass outing. Outings are a shotgun on Mondays during the season.
• Some knowledge of Tournament Management Software
• Assist with Summer MacGregor Golf Camps. These are 3 day schools schedule through summer.
• Lead our Junior Tournament Program which includes Junior Championship and Parent Child Events. Assist with youth director in developing an exciting junior program.

Requirements:
Interested in becoming a PGA Member or Apprentice.
BS or BA degree from college or university preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
